Room Reservations at UCSD School of Medicine & Medical Centers

Room Scheduling is a service offered by the Office of Educational Computing (EdCom), within the UCSD School of Medicine's Division of Medical Education. We schedule over 70 rooms between UCSD School of Medicine, the UCSD Medical Center in Hillcrest, and the UCSD Medical Center in La Jolla.

All of our rooms are scheduled based on the core missions and policies of the School of Medicine and Medical Centers.  We strive to maximize the space available to best accommodate all requesting clients.

 UCSD staff, students and faculty are welcome to schedule rooms at no charge. Non-UCSD clients may only schedule rooms with a UCSD faculty/staff sponsor.
