   • Transcripts - REQUIRED
     • A copy of your community college Educational Plan
     • OFFICIAL transcripts from all colleges and/or universities attended (in their original sealed envelope)
     • UNOFFICIAL transcript from high school from which you graduated (copies from your community college file are acceptable)
     
     
     
   • Letters of Recommendation - REQUIRED
     • Two (2) letters of recommendation are required. At least one must come from a community college faculty member.
